How do I get the Smart Fit Method App?

Members can download the latest version from the Apple AppStore or the Google PlayStore.

Do I need to have an active membership to use the App?

Yes, in order to use our App, a membership is required. See our “Join Us” page for more information

I can’t login to my account?

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the App’s login screen. A password reset email will be sent to your email if you have an account with us.

How many appointments can I book each week?

Members can book a maximum of 3 sessions each week. A week runs from Mon-Sun

Where can I change my profile picture?

Click the Menu icon on the top left of the dashboard screen, go to “My Profile” and click the circular control which will prompt you to upload or take a picture.

How do I freeze my membership?

Membership freezes can be done by contacting cardiff@smartfitmethod.com
